Pretty surprised as to how well this unit worked. It was super easy to install after I had my electrician run the power and outside service breaker. Drilled one hole in the wall to the outside, screw everything thing together and boom your done. This unit cooled the entire ground floor level of my 1700 square foot house very well. It lasted the whole year since I bought it and then we sold the house so I can't say if it will last or not but it did work very well while we had it. Kind of can't beat the price either.
No problems, the air conditioner works good so far!
This unit is very responsive to changing from air to heat. It keeps my garage at a comfortable temperature per my settings without any type of strain on the unit. Time will tell once the summer heat arrives but all is well currently. The only downside is it needs better instructions on the different modes and functions.
This unit works great. Quiet. Almost makes no noise. It will pay for itself in about a year. No need to cool the entire 4000 sf house with a 5 ton A/C unit when my wife and I are sitting in the kitchen nook most of the time. EZ to install. I installed mine from start to finsh in about 3 hours, not counting many trips to the hardware store. Just watch the installation video a few times. It comes with everything you need for basic installation, but I think most people would want to buy extra stuff unique to their own install. Comes pre-charged with freon. The system needs to be evacuated prior to opening the lines. Sounds complicated, but it's not. Just watch the couple minute video. It's as ez a screwing in a light blub. Orielly's auto parts rents the vacuum pump to evacuate the lines for free or just buy one on amazon for about $125. I simply plugged my unit into a regular 110volt outlet. Most video's say not to do that. This unit uses about the same electricity as a refrigerator or a space heater, or a microwave, so whats the big deal. Nothing has
exploded or burnt up yet. Check the fuse rating on the outlet, mine was fine.
I am planning on installing another costway mini-split in my master bedroom and maybe the garage.

Took less than 2 hours to install and my room is freezing despite the 99 degrees it is outside!
This air conditioner is simple in appearance, simple and practical in function, the price is relatively favorable, it responds quickly when cooling or heating, and the noise is very small, it is perfect.
Had a problem with refrigerant line and ROVSUN totally backed including reimbursement for professional A/C repair... This is a committed company!!
On remote there is dip switches in back where batteries go that control A.C./ heating. Now I noticed a substantial difference in power usage from other air conditioning units. In prior 5 weeks I had used around 600 k.w. now with this unit I had only used 8 k.w. in 2 days with temperatures over 95° F outside and inside temperature with it a 69-72° F. VS keeping inside temperatures 72°-80° F with other air conditioner.
A friend of mine who has a different brand mini split that cost him 3 times as much.
I will try to update after I have used it for some time.
For reference we have a 1,200 sqft home and this 1 unit can cover the entire house. So Far, worth the price.
This is a great unit at a great price. Works good, is very quiet and is easy to install. You will need to use a vacuum pump on this as it is not 100% DIY. Also this uses the older 410a Freon that is being phased out. Maybe why the price was soo good. But it works very good and is very quiet inside and out, "Very Quiet" and has a larger air handler for better cooling, But If you do not have access to a vacuum pump? Try a model with "Pre-Charged" copper lines
