We upgraded to this air-fryer after deciding our basket-style just wasn't efficient for a family. The first night it arrived I made chicken tenderloins and had over 26 tenderloins on the three racks...plenty for my family with leftovers! Much faster than having to do them in the basket a few at a time. Last night I made garlic bread with mini naan and they tasted great!
One design wish: the oven handle could collapse against the oven door. Right now, it's tough to get the bottom rack in and out because the door won't open flat against the counter top. Other than that, this is a great appliance!
Unit had issues.so I contacted seller; received response quickly (in hours) and was totally resolved. Best customer service ever!

Very easy to use. Worked great at heating up fries and frozen pretzels. I would definitely suggest this fryer to family and friends.

Great Air Fryer oven!!!
I don't know how I lived without an air fryer before this!! I use mine everyday, whether it be for breakfast, lunch or dinner! My children are always using it to make themselves a mid day snack, as well. It's nice to be able to throw some fries or chicken tenders in and them be done within 12 minutes, without having to heat up my whole house to use the oven!! It's definitely saved me on having to buy propane so much. It's also very easy to clean!!
I guess my ONLY complaint (which doesn't really bother me) is that one of the arrow lights, for the temperature, sometimes goes out. Not a huge deal, for myself, but figured y'all might want to know ??
Great item. I use only on highest number great for shrimp, perfect crunchy chicken even fooled my mom who loves Popeyes crunchy chicken she thought it was pan fried. Pork chops went well as well as tater tots and fries.
I love... love... love this thing and so too does my husband. Anything that can motivate my husband to cook is a great invention. It is easy to use... even easier to clean... and so far... everything we have made in it has been surprisingly tasty and we don't even miss all the extra oil and fat. Food gets crispy and tastes great... which is truly surprising. Wish I would have had one of these all along rather than a deep fryer. Yes... we are big fans of this kind of frying.
